Alpaca and Taco Fiesta

Inclusions

Private Party Space
Our party space will be set up with tables and
chairs themed ready for a fiesta.  We provide bright  table cloths, a photo backdrop and festive fairy lights.  It is equipped with a blue tooth speaker for your music and a fridge.  We will lead the kids through activities and they'll have time for cake and presents.

Cost per participant
$33 which includes the Taco Bar for each participant plus their activities and games. 

What do you bring?
You're welcome to bring a cake and some snacks. We decorate and provide a host to run the games.  You bring music on a phone or iPod.  We set up and clean up. You're welcome to bring extra decorations but you must be able to set them up AND take them down before the next party begins.

Fiesta Fun

Talk to the animals
For animal lovers we will hand feed the herd of female alpacas (hembras) and you can take pics.

Taco Bar
We will provide a taco and nacho bar ready for the guests to make their own fiesta food.  We will have a water dispenser and cups available also.

Lead the alpacas and the miniature horse
This is our only party that allows participants to lead alpacas and our miniature horse around on halters and get some great, up-close experiences and photos.

Piñata smash
It's not a fiesta without a piñata, so we'll pop on the blindfold and let the smashing begin!

To book use the online enquiry form on this page.

Once the availability has been confirmed for your session you'll be required to pay a deposit.  The non-refundable deposit will be $200 and the date is changeable up to one week before, based on availability.  You'll pay the deposit by direct deposit into our bank account.  You'll pay the balance on the day at the café in cash or by EFTPOS. 

In the event of bad weather you'll be in contact with us prior to the party and we'll jointly decide whether it can go ahead, be postponed or cancelled with a refund.
